i think it might be bout suicide because of all the lying on the ground type stuff....i think it's about someone who shot himself but didn't manage to kill and is having a dream about starting over instead of killing himself,and realizes he spent too much time "ripping himself apart".then i think he actually dies and gets to the doors of heaven ("walking through a door") and wondering if he's going to hell and his whole lifes been a waste and he's "going on and on thinking he can find his place".after that i get confused but i think God forgives him and "takes him out" of his misery and i think the last parts might be his suicide note or somethin...
