This song is so sad. Mostly because it was playd in Páll's funeral in Englar Alheimsins (Angels of the Universe) But infact nearly all Icelandic lullabies are really sad & scary 'cause they were sung to the children so they wouldn't wonder outside alone. I still remember how scared I was when this & other lullabies were sung to me as a child.
But this song is still one of the most beautiful songs ever!
