So, the girl went out with the singer and it was obvious she cared for him (her eyes where watering), but then she fell in love withsomebody else (She said:I went and found somebody new).
The girl then leaves. The singer is heartbroken. He gave himself/ everything for the girl and now its gone. He also took s*** for her i remember all those, Scars i wear that you carved in me ).
Then he feels kindof screwed and can't get the thought out that shes with somebody else. (And i, Can't lie still When theres someone else beside you.)
