I see the song as being a depiction of one who is wanting to be reedeemed from the state that they are currently in, poosibly being in a state of mental deterioration. It is saying that the insanity or manica that has infested his mind has forced him or her to a point being at sixes or sevens, meaning they can go either way, down into insanity, or be redeemed back into who they use to be before being infected. But you know, thats just me. I was not high when I found the meaning, so I think that afflicted4life shoud probably stick to the more simple and less talented boy bands like rhenna said.
