For me, Halloween Valentine could refer to a stalker. Then again, just about everything does. But..look at it like this..
Halloween = scary Valentine = love ... scary love? get it? I'm sure that's probably not how its supposed to seem, but thats just how I see it. I think there's some other lines in there that could refer to being stalked and what not, but I'll be quiet now.
