i think this song is pretty self explanitory .. but 2 me .. its sum1 whos been living life and then all of a sudden kinda like taking a second look and relaising that the stuff they have been doing is affecting ppl in a bad way .. n so they deicde to change their ways n make life beta 4 them and the other ppl .. they also realise that it isnt the easiest thing to do but r gunna do there best .. and keep telling themselves
