Buy it (the CD) off of amazon, and there are 4 extra Floyd tunes, this being one of them (also Unknown Song [sometimes called rain in the country] country song, and the other Love Scene Version. Alternatively, go to the i-tunes music store to obtain just the Floyd without the extraneous stuff.
I feel that this is nothing special, but there are many people who find it amazing, so it's worth checking out if you're heavily into Floyd.
