"Der Herr ist ein Schatten über deinem rechten Hand" - German. Whatever this means, it's quite idiomatic. The most meaning I could pull out of it is that 'The Lord is a shadow over your right hand' Did anybody else make more sense out of this?

My son turned me on to E Nomine....he is in boot camp for the ARMY and i wanted to send him something inspirational. I mean, how cool is it that his mom would search the lyrics for Padre Nuestro and send it to him.
I've tried copying and pasting into an email and asking for translation and it wont bring it over into english.
It sounds like you know them and have really thought them through as well.
Would you be so kind as to give me the translation? any translation???

The "Vater Unser" is the Lord's Prayer in german, a literal translation from the original latin. The parts that you don't recognize xzen are probably:
"In nomine patris et filii et spiritus sancti" - Latin phrase meaning 'In the name of the father, son, and the holy ghost'
"Vater höre meine stimme/Herr höre meine stimme" - German: 'Lord, hear my voice'
"Lasset uns beten" - German: 'Let us pray'
