Well Eros is the Greek God of love, sexual desire, and fertility; also known as Cupid by other beliefs. Himerus, the god of lust, is an accompiament to Eros.

I believe that "Himerus and Eros" stand sfor "Lust and Love." The man singing is in lust with a girl (possibly guy because Himerus and Eros are both men) and he loves her/him as well. He is enchanted by her/him and wants her/him in every way, but he is afraid s/he only has lust for him. He wants to hate her/him, to be sure his heart won't be broken if it isn't real, but he cannot help but love them.
