"This was the first song I wrote with the band after replacing the former singer, Mike. This was also the first song I wrote with a full band behind me, so this song holds a special place in my song writing career. I remember hearing the chorus for the first time and I was immediately enthralled, needless to say it is catchy as hell and I wanted to write lyrics to it that reflected that. It originally had a whole different meaning, but it soon became a song about my breakup with a certain someone (Cliché, I know, but ill be damned if it doesn’t mean something.) The whole band considers this song to be a “break song” because we don’t bust our balls playing it. Some people love this song, others not-so-much, but for a first song I think I did well…"
