It sounds like a double meaning song. At first it seems to be about totalitarianism. The slogans sound great, but there's an underlying note of pain to it all.

It also seems to be about the flip side, about one vision for peace and unity being everyone getting together and being happy. "No blood, no stain..." No violence. Almost an MLK, Ghandi thing going there.

Seems like more than one vision for a perfect world is being described in this song.
