Falling away from me to mean (and most obviousely to everyoe lol) was any kind of abuse. Physical or mental abuse, both can be very painful. In the song te lyrics can be both physical and mental. "Standing Hollow " could represent how when your abused so muchit becomes a second nature. You ignore it. Its a part of your normal day. Being slapped, kicked, beaten. You don' notice it anymore. Thus physicaly hollow to harm. From a mental side it culd represent that that the victim is so cut down s/hes no longer a person, a unique indivisual. Hes just a hollow shell of his formal self." Flirt with suicide " reflect (mostly only on a physical level )could mean the victim lives her/his life dangerousely such as not caring about traffic. He could care less If a care hit him. 2nd- He could be doing what everyone think, contiplating suicide. Look at the word Firt. Flirt =s not completely sure, but nudgig towards the idea. ( Not acutaly definition, but you get it lol) Holding the knife to your wrist, a decision in front of you. Cut, or drop. Very hard to mak considering the battle of religion vs. emotions for most. Better tomarrow is like the opposite of "flirt with suicide". Its mostly on a mental level. People in abused situations usually tell themselves that things might be better tomarrow. The victim believe mabey s/he'll wake up and she'll be dead, or the abuses will be dead, or the abusers will be caught. A sort of hope A human being really isnt a human being if s/he has no hope. Hope is a type of securety blanket. Hope is also the base of faith.
" Beating me down ino the round " and " Screaming some sound " might mean, from my veiw, the obviouse. The victim is constantly beaten that he screams some sound he not even aware anmore on a physical level. On a mental level it could explain how some people are put down to where they believe them selves a low life, thus " the ground " and the screaming some sound is their contant self mental voice screaming at them for release, suicide. finaly " falling away from me" could mean be from god's point of veiw. Like the earlier subject of hope, hope is the base of faith. Without hope, yo cannot have faith. Without faith is to be without God.
