Wasn't Otep a victim of incest?? By her lyrics from Jonestown Tea and Unclean it seems so... so I thought that maybe blood pigs is saying that the man (her father) is a pig , from her own blood? BLOOD PIGS? yah anyways, maybe that makes sense, maybe not.
