Florence Welch wrote the song 'My Boy Builds Coffins' about her first love who was buliding a coffin for an albumcover. He was always busy with it and Florence did not like that. She though:"Oh my God. My boyfriend's building a coffin". That led her on this tangent of a coffin builder. Then she started thinking about the fact that everyone needs a coffin some day, she found it sad that people put so much work in a coffin, because it's going to be put in the ground to be never seen again.
