the hands of
an angle troubled
the waters of
the pool of
bethesda, rend'ring
it curative

-john 5:1-4

if i remember
correctly, it's in
bethesda, maryland
where the diners are famed for
waitresses so rude

General CommentAfter this there was a feast of the Jews; and Jesus went up to Jerusalem.
2 Now there is at Jerusalem by the sheep market a pool, which is called in the Hebrew tongue Bethesda, having five porches.
3 In these lay a great multitude of impotent folk, of blind, halt, withered, waiting for the moving of the water.
4 For an angel went down at a certain season into the pool and troubled the water: whosoever then first after the troubling of the water stepped in was made whole of whatsoever disease he had.

General CommentI see the connections; but I don't get it all together. Tim has such a way with words, that I think no one will ever truely understand them. They just hope to.

General Commentthere is only one diner in bethesda famed for anything and that is tastee diner. i've never heard of it being famous for its rude waitresses, but it is famous for having very tenured workers, who are usually in the middle of joking loudly about something right as you walk in.
