"Maggots" as written by and Gwar Gwar....
Vile forms of Necros lie rotting my mind
Feasting like maggots - maggots in flesh
So left your ruined cortex behind
Now the maggot knows glee as it nibbles on your spine!
Maggots! Maggots!
Maggots are falling like rain!
Putrid pus-pools vomit blubonic plague
The bowels of the beast reek of puke
How to describe such vileness on the page
World maggot waits for the end of the age!
Beneath a sky of maggots I walked
Until those maggots began to fall
I gaped at God to receive my gift
Bathed in maggots till the planet shit
[Repeat chorus a lot]

General Commenttheres another part to the song. it goes something like:
Now in the house of the negro lord
flash of fear when he sees my sword, i
rape his woman, smoke his bong.....

i don't know the last line, and i don't know the other parts for sure. i hate when parts of lyrics are left out for no reason.

General CommentI think this is about Slipknot maggots in some form. Opinions?

General CommentFrom my point of view, it's just GWAR being GWAR. This song was on the album "Scumdogs of the Universe", released in 1990, so it was definitely NOT about Slipknot, in any way, shape, or form.

General CommentNow in the halls of the Necro-Lord
Flash of fear when he sees my sword
I raped his women, smoked his bone
Leave a booger underneath his throne

This part of the song makes an appearance in the Strapping Young Lad song, "Far Beyond Metal" (with Oderus making a guest appearance). Worth listening to the song for that part alone.

General CommentI think it was smoked his bong, it sounds even funnier, especially when he comes home to see the booger undernieth his throne. haha
