Start the motor let the engine spin
Give it fuel so it can't stop within
Precious harmony I say
won't you open the door
Let me in let me stay
In your arms under your wing
Give me some water from your everlasting spring
Shut up must stop talking to myself
Shut up must stop rely on my shell
I'm in you you're in me
Glad you came to my senses
Because I didn't

Eye for an eye
Some things are hard to
Say goodbye to
And you
Are what I want to be when I say I'm invert

Ouch it hurts when my shoulder hit
Their shoulders
Ouch want to go mainstream just like them
God help me go bolder
I know I'm not and I forgot that I am
Not the one who is going to make things done
All by myself I think I made You tiny
But I am glad You made me see
In Your presence You're just growing
And growing and I'm being just me

This song is one of my favorites... i'e had this CD forever, and just discovered their new stuff! It makes me sad to see the 1997 rock being ignored, though!

it says something in swedish, im not sure what, but this is deffinitely one of my favorites! i wish they wouldve gotten more recognition for this better, older stuff, ive loved them for years, anywho, i love these words because their all about relying on God, and denying the inner selfish will, letting God guide his life/choices/music/etc. "im in you, you're in me" means im your (God's) child im in your heart, im in your love, and you're (God is) in my heart, in my soul, convicting and strengthening me, cause i cant do it on my own.

Great song, just started to listen to the old music and it's good! In the start there is said something that i think sounds like russian, but it's probably not because in what i think is the third sentence there is clearly some swedish, don't know how to spell it in swedish but translated it's just "blindside comes in here/blindside enters" - Like it was a concert or something like that I'm from Denmark so i only know the swedish words that sounds like the danish, so maybe a swede can translate the rest (if it is in swedish)

Light Up The Sky
Van Halen
The song lyrics were written by the band Van Halen, as they were asked to write a song for the 1979 movie "Over the Edge" starring Matt Dillon. The movie (and the lyrics, although more obliquely) are about bored, rebellious youth with nothing better to do than get into trouble. If you see the movie, these lyrics will make more sense. It's a great movie if you grew up in the 70s/80s you'll definitely remember some of these characters from your own life. Fun fact, after writing the song, Van Halen decided not to let the movie use it.

Bron-Y-Aur Stomp
Led Zeppelin
This is about bronies. They communicate by stomping.

Dreamwalker
Silent Planet
I think much like another song “Anti-Matter” (that's also on the same album as this song), this one is also is inspired by a horrifying van crash the band experienced on Nov 3, 2022. This, much like the other track, sounds like it's an extension what they shared while huddled in the wreckage, as they helped frontman Garrett Russell stem the bleeding from his head wound while he was under the temporary effects of a concussion. The track speaks of where the mind goes at the most desperate & desolate of times, when it just about slips away to all but disconnect itself, and the aftermath.

When We Were Young
Blink-182
This is a sequel to 2001's "Reckless Abandon", and features the band looking back on their clumsy youth fondly.

Head > Heels
Ed Sheeran
“Head > Heels” is a track that aims to capture what it feels like to experience romance that exceeds expectations. Ed Sheeran dedicates his album outro to a lover who has blessed him with a unique experience that he seeks to describe through the song’s nuanced lyrics.
