I'm thinking of
Thanking all the fucked people
Thanking all the shit I love
They are all the things I've made
Straight from my heart
Begging all the same people
Burning is the same evil
Somehow making me feel sane

Waiting all this time
I've got nothing to hold on
But the faces of my life
I can see before I'm gone

Sometimes I feel it chasing me
All the hate that's breaking free
I realize I'm taking everything
And the shit seems to follow

This time I feel it taking me
To a place I'm meant to be
All along I sing to make believe
And the shit seems to follow

I'm thinking of
Making all the fucked people
Making the bitches I love
Make them die and go away
Pain from the start
All my dreams are ripped apart
Thanking all the fucked people
They are all the things I've saved

Waiting all this time
I've got nothing to hold on
But the faces of my life
I can see before I'm gone

Sometimes I feel it chasing me
All the hate that's breaking free
I realize I'm taking everything
And the shit seems to follow

This time I feel it taking me
To a place I'm meant to be
All along I sing to make believe
And the shit seems to follow

Your life, I hate it
Oh, God, can I reclaim?
Stop and help me
(Stop and help me)

Sometimes I feel it chasing me
All the hate that's breaking free
I realize I'm taking everything
And the shit seems to follow

This time I feel it taking me
To a place I'm meant to be
All along I sing to make believe
And the shit seems to follow

The shit seems to follow
The shit seems to follow
The shit seems to follow
The shit seems to follow

General CommentI agree with AloneIBreak. But I see it a slight bit different... "And the shit seems to follow.." No matter how much he sings, the incidents and the torment will always be there. It just follows him around as he make believes... He finds himself always in a world of misery and hate, so he make believes and sings to become free with the lingering feeling of torment and pain always looming over his shoulder...

I love this song... Not the very, very, absolute best from Untouchables, but I love it just as much. I love how he sings "And the shit seems to follow..." It sounds creepy. I find this one of their better non-recognized songs.

General Commentpenguin is right, his voice sounds more pained and strained and uncomercial than any album.I think Johnathan's mind is so complex his past so deep we can sympathise but never really understand he would be so intresting to interview ungarded where he could just let it flow out im so sure hed just cry for days I dont think hes the sort of person to talk and his songs just seem to skim the subjects of how he feels.

General CommentHm, I always think that this is a kind of critique against some "fans" of their music. It sounds to me like he's singing about how he was tortured in the past and that this kind of people now listen to his music. Even if it's not exactly the same persons, but the same type.

General CommentMaybe it's about Jon being called a freak and just taking all the shit that people say "I realize I'm taking everything"... and he sings to make believe everything is alright.

General CommentThis song is pretty sweet. I think that this song, along with most everything from untouchables, is really creepy. But damn does everything sound awesome. I love Jon's voice on this album. But again, this song is awesome.

General CommentThis is JD singing about how everyone says all his angst & torment in Korn's music is forced and faked for personal gain
