Yeah, well I can't take it no more 'cause I'm going on a shopping spree, yeah
Well I can't save no money cause I spent it on a shopping spree, yeah

Flagstaff, Arizona
It's been two weeks on the road with Sean na na na na na na na na
Na na na na na na na na na
One day before we did play
We penned a song by us, for us
We didn't have the verse but we had the chorus:

Yeah, well I can't take it no more 'cause I'm going on a shopping spree, yeah
Well I can't save no money cause I spent it on a shopping spree, yeah

After the show, there's nowhere to go
Everywhere's packed with white baseball hat frat boys
So we end up at this empty place
Got a flaming doc
The Dali Llamas were the band scheduled to rock
Benny Na Na looks at me
I think I hear what he's saying
"Atom, do you hear what they're playing?"
They're going shopping

Yeah, well I can't take it no more 'cause I'm going on a shopping spree, yeah
Well I can't save no money cause I spent it on a shopping spree, yeah

Shopping spree (x4)
So Dali Llamas...whatever
Spelled Salvador Dali and the animal, how clever
You have a five string fretless bass
You stole our song, now we rock your face

I can't take it no more 'cause I'm going on a shopping spree, yeah
Well I can't save no money cause I spent it on a shopping spree, yeah
Yeah

this song is about a band that atom and his friends went on tour with shanana. they were playing a show with another band called the dali llamas. and the dali llamas, were terrible, but they had one song that was really catchy. it went"i cant take it no more, cuz im going on a shopping spree." so atom and his friends went and danced for it, and then they started cheering "shopping spree! shopping spree!" untill they played the song again. so they played the song again, and again, atom and his friends cheered so they would play it one more time. they ended up playing the song 5 times. then atom decided he would do the song shopping spree, but he would make it about how the dali llamas stole his song. so thats how this song came about, if you see him live, he will tell the story, or you can just download the live version of this song.

The Night We Met
Lord Huron
This is a hauntingly beautiful song about introspection, specifically about looking back at a relationship that started bad and ended so poorly, that the narrator wants to go back to the very beginning and tell himself to not even travel down that road. I believe that the relationship started poorly because of the lines: "Take me back to the night we met:When the night was full of terrors: And your eyes were filled with tears: When you had not touched me yet" So, the first night was not a great start, but the narrator pursued the relationship and eventually both overcame the rough start to fall in love with each other: "I had all and then most of you" Like many relationships that turn sour, it was not a quick decline, but a gradual one where the narrator and their partner fall out of love and gradually grow apart "Some and now none of you" Losing someone who was once everything in your world, who you could confide in, tell your secrets to, share all the most intimate parts of your life, to being strangers with that person is probably one of the most painful experiences a person can go through. So Painful, the narrator wants to go back in time and tell himself to not even pursue the relationship. This was the perfect song for "13 Reasons Why"

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/

Page
Ed Sheeran
There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.
