When the slumber of forever's called me home
I will not be gone, oh no you'll never be alone
My words will come to you cross time and space
You'll know where to find me and I'll be there...
I'll be there

Listen to the winds at night
You may hear me call your name
I once felt so alone but now I'm home
And I know that there is something
Beyond...

The words I speak today shall outlive me
I call on forces that send chills down your spine
For I long to drink of Immortality
Of this the nighttime stars, they speak to me
For we all shall someday part the veil
And cross thru to the other side
In one way or another I shall live on and Never Die
In death as in life... I will arise

Never...Die! (7x)
NEVER DIE

ALL HAIL THE DARKNESS, IN HER MAJESTIC GLORY
SHE WAS ALWAYS MY TRUE LOVE, I NEVER QUITE BELONGED HERE
THOUGH I'VE FALLEN SO FAR FROM GRACE
PLEASE WILL YOU KEEP ME IN YOUR MEMORY
AND A LITTLE PLACE FOR ME IN YOUR HEARTS
ETERNAL SOUL SHALL NEVER

General CommentThis is my favorite Tiger Army song. Not only is it lyricaly brilliant, but when they rock out psycobilly style after the Never Die part, it's just so great. Bands with stand up bassists are the best.

General Commenti'm pretty sure that this song is partly inspired by h.p. lovecraft's story "from beyond"

great song, i think that this has become the tiger army "anthem" along with "ftw"

General CommentI wanted to add another comment about this song, because I think it every time I hear it.

To me, every time I hear this song - I always get the impression that it is kinda Nick's song about Tiger Army.
Like I still think the song was inspired by Lovecraft and all that.
But when I listen to it, it's like Nick is saying that Tiger Army is his way of making his mark on society.
    Think about it -
Tiger Army has basicly always been Nick 13.
He didn't have any band members when he first was signed to Hellcat. He writes all the music and the lyrics.. (I know the other members did help some) but deep down it's really Nick's band.
It's always just him, but he continues to keep Tiger Army alive... even when he looses members.
I think this song is just saying that as long as he can keep Tiger Army alive, he will always feel like he has some immortallity.

General Commentthis song is on Helcat give em the boot DVD (i knwo thank you captian obvious), i think he says something like "we dont care if your a skin head a greacery a hardcore kid we play it for you, and your all apart of the tiger army and the tiger army NEVER FUCKING DIES!" now i think this song is about no matter what theres always going to be some fans goign on after there long gone, theres still gonna be people listening too them devoted to them and there always goign to be apart of the tiger army... kinda like who ever said it before but yeah thats basicly what i have to say

    General CommentIn response to xheartbreakerx:
It's odd that so much has happened to the band, line up changes, Fred getting fucking shot...
It's almost as if this song was a guide...
    You gotta keep going, TAND.
The song itself I would agree is more personal but when looked at given what's happened since it was penned it takes on new meaning.

General Comment"when the slumber of forever's called me home" has got to be one of the best metaphors for death I've ever heard.
