Do you know what I think of you?
Do you know what I feel is true?
Do you know what I think of her?
I know what she thinks of me
I'm sure don't know why it's so, but it's true!
So you know what I think about you
But do you know what you want me to do?
When you see me staring at you
Do you know what I want you to do?
I don't know why it's so, but it's true!
I don't want to have sex with you
I want to be your friend I want to be with you
I want you to marry me
Now you know what I think about you
You know that my speed is you
I know I want you to be my wife
And be with me the rest of your life
Do you know what I think about you?

General CommentThe Descendents are impossible to characterise. Sometimes they sound really immature (listen to I Don't Want to Grow Up), but then they come up with something really deep like this. It just confirms their standing as the biggest anti-sellout band on the planet.

General Commentwhy didn't anyone do this song!?!? one of the best, if you haven't heard it you neeeeeeed to download it. it's another song that's soooooooo good sounding but is about girls. and we all need a love song every now and then, we've all been down on our luck with the women and it's nice to hear about someone elses problems in a great song like this one. it's actually kind of soothing when you're down. to listen to these kinds of songs. isn't the meaning kind of self explanitory?
