Drinking enough to knife to death the dumb down
Drinking myself to death am I 'in touch' now?
You ask me how to cure your headache, use a gun
If you think you're doing something special, it's been done
So just think dumb

Think harder, sip up, sick up, your life just think dumb
Think harder, sip up, sick up, your life just think dumb
Think harder, sip up, sick up, your life just think dumb
Think harder, sip up, sick up, your life

Too nouveau for sure too rich in your opinion
The louder they come the thicker they are so dream on
If you think you got style in your limo-ed to a club
You may feel like a king but a coma looks more fun
So just think dumb

Think harder, sip up, sick up, your life just think dumb
Think harder, sip up, rip up, your life just think dumb
Think harder, sip up, sick up, your life just think dumb
Think harder, sip up, sick up, your life

Drinking enough to knife to death the dumb down
Drinking myself to death am I 'in touch' now?
You ask me how to cure your headache, use a gun
If you think you're doing something special, its been done
So just think dumb

Think harder, sip up, sick up, your life. Just think dumb
Think harder, sip up, rip up, your life. Just think dumb
Think harder, sip up, sick up, your life. Just think dumb
Think harder...
Think harder...
Think harder...
Think dumb...
Think dumb...
Think dumb...
Think dumb...

partially i think some of this is you gotta think dumb to get far.. the clever ones never really get what they truly deserved and the seemingly idiotic do.

That horse you are riding is pretty goddamn tall Twilight_Flames. Hope you don't break your neck when you fall, slip or are thrown from your mighty steed. Asshat.

I feel like the message of this song and the message of Gaga's Just Dance are very similar (that is if i'm interpreting hers right) there are so many young people who just club and take all kinds of rcreational drugs and alcohol without thinking of the consequence because they'v become too used to having fun in an altered state and would rather not think of the reality of their actions.

I think this song is actually making fun of drunks/alcoholics. It's saying all you need to do is drink to be happy/dumb. The harder you think, the less happy you'll be.

"You ask me how to cure your headache, use a gun"

I think is referring to curing a hang over, basically saying, we don't need alcoholics and drunks so just die...

I may be a tad bias in my reading because I'm really anti-alcohol, I have nothing against drinking responsibly but I personally view drinking as pointless. I will legally be able to drink tomorrow and I have no plans to do so.

Light Up The Sky
Van Halen
The song lyrics were written by the band Van Halen, as they were asked to write a song for the 1979 movie "Over the Edge" starring Matt Dillon. The movie (and the lyrics, although more obliquely) are about bored, rebellious youth with nothing better to do than get into trouble. If you see the movie, these lyrics will make more sense. It's a great movie if you grew up in the 70s/80s you'll definitely remember some of these characters from your own life. Fun fact, after writing the song, Van Halen decided not to let the movie use it.

This is about bronies. They communicate by stomping.

I Can't Go To Sleep
Wu-Tang Clan
This song is written as the perspective of the boys in the street, as a whole, and what path they are going to choose as they get older and grow into men. (This is why the music video takes place in an orphanage.) The seen, and unseen collective suffering is imbedded in the boys’ mind, consciously or subconsciously, and is haunting them. Which path will the boys choose? Issac Hayes is the voice of reason, maybe God, the angel on his shoulder, or the voice of his forefathers from beyond the grave who can see the big picture and are pleading with the boys not to continue the violence and pattern of killing their brothers, but to rise above. The most beautiful song and has so many levels. Racism towards African Americans in America would not exist if everyone sat down and listened to this song and understood the history behind the words. The power, fear, pleading in RZA and Ghostface voices are genuine and powerful. Issac Hayes’ strong voice makes the perfect strong father figure, who is possibly from beyond the grave.

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/

Page
Ed Sheeran
There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.
