So much trouble in the world
So much trouble in the world

Bless my eyes this morning
Jah sun is on the rise once again
The way earthly things are going
Anything can happen

You see men sailing on their ego trips
Blast off on their spaceships
Million miles from reality
No care for you, no care for me

So much trouble in the world
So much trouble in the world
All you've got to do is give a little (give a little)
Give a little (give a little)
Give a little (give a little)
One more time yeah! (give a little)
Yeah! (give a little) yeah! (give a little) yeah!

So you think you've found the solution
But it's just another illusion
So before you check out this tide
Don't leave another cornerstone standing there behind
We've got to face the day
Ooh we come what may
We the street people talking
Yeah, we the people struggling

Now they are sitting on a time bomb (bomb, bomb, bomb! bomb, bomb, bomb!)
Now I know the time has come (bomb, bomb, bomb! bomb, bomb, bomb!)
What goes on up is coming on down (bomb, bomb, bomb! bomb, bomb, bomb!)
Goes around and comes around (bomb, bomb, bomb! bomb, bomb, bomb!)

So much trouble in the world
So much trouble in the world
So much trouble in the world
There is so much trouble (so much trouble in the world)
There is so much trouble
There is so much trouble (so much in the world)
There is so much trouble
There is so much trouble in the world
There is (so much in the world)

It comes to my attention that not many people are listenin to marley outside of his legendary legends album. You should listen to all of bob marleys music. This is one of the best songs ever written. It is so true holds true today as well. There is so much trouble in the world waiting to happen. LISTEN TO BOB!!!

Personally, i think that the best Bob Marley's songs are not the ones on legends... They are on cds like confrontation and survival...

Its about how all of the violence isn't needed. When people think they've solved it, they haven't

'You see men sailing on their ego trips Blast off on their spaceships Million miles from reality' Men's ego is blurring reality. Creates an imaginary spaceship.

'No care for you, no care for me' If ego is dissolved and the truth is seen, people would genuinely care for others

I think Bob is saying that instead of exploring space the babylon should focus on the trobles in the world before they "blast off in there space ship miles from reality no care for you no care for me".they take our tax dollars and invest in million dollar projects to explore outerspace, theres people starving out there.at the ending of the song he says "there is so much in the world" not only is there so many problems in the world but theres more to the world than it problems.be grateful for what we have dont go looking for another planet with life,we can make the world we live in better.

Standing On The Edge Of Summer
Thursday
In regards to the meaning of this song: Before a live performance on the EP Five Stories Falling, Geoff states “It’s about the last time I went to visit my grandmother in Columbus, and I saw that she was dying and it was the last time I was going to see her. It is about realizing how young you are, but how quickly you can go.” That’s the thing about Geoff and his sublime poetry, you think it’s about one thing, but really it’s about something entirely different. But the lyrics are still universal and omnipresent, ubiquitous, even. So relatable. That’s one thing I love about this band. I also love their live performances, raw energy and Geoff’s beautiful, imperfectly perfect vocals. His voice soothes my aching soul.

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

Gentle Hour
Yo La Tengo
This song was originally written by a guy called Peter Gutteridge. He was one of the founders of the "Dunedin Sound" a musical scene in the south of New Zealand in the early 80s. From there it was covered by "The Clean" one of the early bands of that scene (he had originally been a member of in it's early days, writing a couple of their best early songs). The Dunedin sound, and the Clean became popular on american college radio in the mid to late 80s. I guess Yo La Tengo heard that version. Great version of a great song,

Magical
Ed Sheeran
How would you describe the feeling of being in love? For Ed Sheeran, the word is “Magical.” in HIS three-minute album opener, he makes an attempt to capture the beauty and delicacy of true love with words. He describes the magic of it all over a bright Pop song produced by Aaron Dessner.

American Town
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran shares a short story of reconnecting with an old flame on “American Town.” The track is about a holiday Ed Sheeran spends with his countrywoman who resides in America. The two are back together after a long period apart, and get around to enjoying a bunch of fun activities while rekindling the flames of their romance.
