"Future Shock" as written by and Timo Tapio/lassila Tolkki....
I saw it in a dream
The day that changed our history
I still can hear the screams
Swear it was no mystery

In the heat of the blast
Houses fell down into the ground
This happened so fast
Mankind disappeared without sound

Now the world lives in shadow of atomic fear
Can we win the fight for peace or will we disappear?
Future Shock

I saw it on the screen
The day that changed our lives and history
There goes our dream
Nuked into the sky don't know why

General CommentThis song is about a premonition someone has had about the end of the world. He describes how he saw in a dream the world being destroyed in a nuclear explosion. It may be to do with the fear of nuclear war.

General CommentYeah and Tolkki also "borrowed" 2 lines from a Black Sabbath song called Children of the Grave. Lets compare lines shall we?

    Children of the Grave:
"Must the world live in the shadow of atomic fear?
Can they win the fight for peace or will they disappear?"

    Future Shock:
    "
Now the world lives in shadow of atomic fear
Can we win the fight for peace or will we disappear?"

    Not a coincidence.

General CommentWell, about the borrowed lines, I don't think they intended it to copy Black Sabbath, but more to continue the story. At least that's how I like to see it.
