When it feels like
When it feels like
Culture gets too much for me

I go, I go outside
Singing songs to alabis
Singing songs to alabis
Singing songs to alabis

A song is a beautiful lie
A song is a beautiful lie
A song is a beautiful lie
A song is a beautiful lie

A song is a beautiful lie
A song is a beautiful lie
A song is a beautiful lie
A song is a beautiful lie

A song is a beautiful lie
A song is a beautiful lie
A song is a beautiful lie
A song is a beautiful lie

A song is a beautiful lie
A song is a beautiful lie
A song is a beautiful lie
A song is a beautiful lie

A song is a beautiful lie
A song is a beautiful lie
I know that one day when you die

Maybe you will buy
Maybe you will buy
And now I sit alone and sigh
A song is beautiful lie

General Commentthis song is inspired by the band Placebo.

The main riff of the song is very Brian Molko-esque and the 'Self Healer' part relates to the term 'placebo'.

    great song!!

General CommentI was reading Milan Kundera's "The Unbearable Lightness of Being" recently, and came across a line that went "The song was a beautiful lie".

I'm not sure if that was inspiration for this song, but the coincidence blew my mind
