"Reflections Of My Life" as written by William Campbell and Thomas Mc Aleese....
The changing of sunlight to moonlight
Reflections of my life
Oh, how they fill my eyes

The greetings of people in trouble
Reflections of my life
Oh, how they fill my eyes

Oh, my sorrows
Sad tomorrows
Take me back to my own home

Oh, my crying (Oh, my crying)
Feel I'm dying, dying
Take me back to my own home

I'm changing, arranging
I'm changing
I'm changing everything
Everything around me

The world is
A bad place
A bad place
A terrible place to live
Oh, but I don't want to die

Oh, my sorrows
Sad tomorrows
Take me back to my own home

Oh, my crying (Oh, my crying)
Feel I'm dying, dying
Take me back to my own home

Oh, my sorrows
Sad tomorrows
Take me back to my own home

Song MeaningIf the writer ever had a near-death experience, he would be feeling this same sense of loneliness. As we look around, the world is full of despair, yet, even as we long for home, we choose to live. I also agree with the person who thought this song was related to the Vietnam War. Obviously, the same longing for a place so far away, that you once called home, is similar to the nde. By the way, I LOVE THIS SONG!!
