Sworn to secrecy, I might go after school
She was an angel, I saw her swimming there
I am in such a mess I can't cope with this
She just teases me, pretends she can't see me here

So let me go up there I can be fresh air
Stay with you all night, just let me love you
Just for a while or two
Be with you all night be with you all night

'Til I fall asleep, 'til I fall asleep
'Til I fall asleep, 'til I fall asleep
Just let me be here, I won't tell anyone
Don't wanna wake up, don't wanna wake up

The blind lead the blind, so I can't help find my way
This could be heaven I don't know where I am
I am too scared to come out from behind here
My body is aching it feels like it's wearing me

So let me go up there, I can be fresh air
Stay with you all night, just let me love you
Just for a while or two
Be with you all night, be with you all night

'Til I fall asleep, 'til I fall asleep
'Til I fall asleep, 'til I fall asleep
Just let me be here, I won't tell anyone
Don't wanna wake up, don't wanna wake up

i totally agree with t1nkerb3ll! a indescribably emotional song that is so beautiful (although i have to disagree and say that leonard cohen's version of hallelujah can never be beaten!). i interpreted this song a little differently, i thought it was about how his relationship was a little shaky and how he just wanted them to take a break, and get away from everything and just remember why they love each other. but, snow patrol's songs are so emotional that they can be interpreted in many ways. its why they are so good. thats good ole northern irish talent for ya! ;)

@[Diderik:33655] "Your a holiday!" Was a popular term used in the 50s/60s to compliment someone on their all around. For example, not only are they beautiful, but they are fun and kind too ... just an all around "holiday". I think your first comment is closer to being accurate. The singer/song writers state "Millions of eyes can see, yet why am i so blind!? When the someone else is me, its unkind its unkind". I believe hes referring to the girl toying with him and using him. He wants something deeper with her, thats why he allows himself to be as a puppet (even though for her fun and games) as long as it makes her happy. But he knows deep down that she doesnt really want to be serious with him and thats what makes him.

Page
Ed Sheeran
There aren’t many things that’ll hurt more than giving love a chance against your better judgement only to have your heart crushed yet again. Ed Sheeran tells such a story on “Page.” On this track, he is devastated to have lost his lover and even more saddened by the feeling that he may never move on from this.
