Ooh, ooh, ooh
Ooh yeah

You set my soul at ease
Chased darkness out of view
Left your desperate spell on me
Say you feel it too, I know you do
I've got so much more to give
This can't die, I yearn to live
Pour yourself all over me
And I'll cherish every drop here on my knees

I wanna love you forever
And this is all I'm asking of you
Ten-thousand lifetimes together
Is that so much for you to do
'Cause from the moment that I saw your face
And felt the fire in your sweet embrace
I swear I knew
I'm gonna love you forever

My mind fails to understand
What my heart tells me to do
And I'd give up all I have just to be with you
And that would do
I've always been taught to win
And I never thought I'd fall
Be at the mercy of a man
I've never been
Now I only want to be right where you are, ooh

I wanna love you forever (I wanna love you forever)
And this is all I'm asking of you
Ten-thousand lifetimes together (ooh, ooh together)
Is that so much for you to do
'Cause from the moment that I saw your face (ooh, ooh)
And felt the fire in your sweet embrace
I swear I knew (I swear)
I wanna love you forever (I'm gonna love you forever, woah-ooh, ooh)

In my life I've learned that heaven never waits
Let's take this now before it's gone like yesterday, no
'Cause when I'm with you there's nowhere else
That I would ever wanna be, no
I'm breathing for the next second I can feel you loving me
I'm gonna Love

I wanna love you forever
Oh, and this is all I'm asking of you
Ten-thousand lifetimes together (of you)
Is that so much for you to do
'Cause from the moment that I saw your face
And felt the fire in your sweet embrace
I swear I knew (ooh)
I'm gonna love you forever
Forever, ooh
I wanna love you forever
Whatever it takes, everyday
Ten-thousand lifetimes together (together)

This is an incredible song. It is so powerful, intense, emotional, impacting etc. It's just so beautiful. I can relate to this song very much. The intensity of love can be out of this world, and beyond time "ten thousand lifetimes together" - how amazing. When one is in love, it's like logic is thrown out the window, lol. "My mind fails to understand What my heart tells me what to do And I’d give up all I have Just to be with you" I love the passion in this song. "I’ve got so much more to give This can’t die I yearn to live Pour yourself all over me And I’ll cherish every drop Here on my knees" Love the lyrics so much. This is jessica's best song. Her voice is the best in this song. Yeah, don't know what happened to the quality of her voice?? But yeah, I really appreciate this song a lot and It will always have a lot of meaning to my heart.

Standing On The Edge Of Summer
Thursday
In regards to the meaning of this song: Before a live performance on the EP Five Stories Falling, Geoff states “It’s about the last time I went to visit my grandmother in Columbus, and I saw that she was dying and it was the last time I was going to see her. It is about realizing how young you are, but how quickly you can go.” That’s the thing about Geoff and his sublime poetry, you think it’s about one thing, but really it’s about something entirely different. But the lyrics are still universal and omnipresent, ubiquitous, even. So relatable. That’s one thing I love about this band. I also love their live performances, raw energy and Geoff’s beautiful, imperfectly perfect vocals. His voice soothes my aching soul.

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

Holiday
Bee Gees
@[Diderik:33655] "Your a holiday!" Was a popular term used in the 50s/60s to compliment someone on their all around. For example, not only are they beautiful, but they are fun and kind too ... just an all around "holiday". I think your first comment is closer to being accurate. The singer/song writers state "Millions of eyes can see, yet why am i so blind!? When the someone else is me, its unkind its unkind". I believe hes referring to the girl toying with him and using him. He wants something deeper with her, thats why he allows himself to be as a puppet (even though for her fun and games) as long as it makes her happy. But he knows deep down that she doesnt really want to be serious with him and thats what makes him.

Just A Little Lovin'
Dusty Springfield
I don't think it's necessarily about sex. It's about wanting to start the day with some love and affection. Maybe a warm cuddle. I'm not alone in interpreting it that way! For example: "'Just a Little Lovin’ is a timeless country song originally recorded by Eddy Arnold in 1954. The song, written by Eddie Miller and Jimmy Campbell, explores the delicate nuances of love and showcases Arnold’s emotive vocals. It delves into the universal theme of love and how even the smallest gesture of affection can have a profound impact on our lives." https://oldtimemusic.com/the-meaning-behind-the-song-just-a-little-lovin-by-eddy-arnold/

Punchline
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran sings about missing his former partner and learning important life lessons in the process on “Punchline.” This track tells a story of battling to get rid of emotions for a former lover, whom he now realized might not have loved him the same way. He’s now caught between accepting that fact and learning life lessons from it and going back to beg her for another chance.
