"Bring It On" as written by Victan Paul Edmund, Orville Thomas, Donovan Bennett, Kirk Ford and Andre Gray....
If I was inordinately different
Than what you say
I'd lie, I would lie
If you could release me now
You know that I won't hesitate
To lie, I would lie

Bring it on, make it right
Bring it out, to the light
Pick me up, satellite
If it's wrong, make it right

If I lied and told you that
You're difficult or hard to take
I'd lie, I'd still lie
If you tried to please me now
You know that I won't remonstrate
But lie, I would lie

Bring it on, make it right
Bring it out, to the light
Pick me up, satellite
If it's wrong, make it right

We like quiet nights on the island
Weave battered stars round our heads
We can reach new heights in this silence
We're dragged slowly towards the edge

Bring it on, make it right
Bring it out, to the light
Pick me up, satellite
If it's wrong, make it right

Bring it on, make it right
Bring it out, to the light
Pick me up, satellite
If it's wrong, make it right

If I was inordinately different

General Commentmake of it what you will i guess... the way i read it is that he is willing to 'lie' in order for things to work with someone, and to get to 'lie' in bed et cetera with her

General CommentYeah... Bloke faking it to live up to the girl's expectations. He doesn't care about not eing himself he wants to be with her at any cost.

General Comment"unordinately" should really be inordinately, and the third verse as follows:

We like quiet nights on the island
Weave by battered stars round our heads
We can reach new heights in this silence
We’re dragged slowly towards the edge

This verse I think is about getting stoned...

I think the lies were exaggerations...he seems like a pathological liar though. I have a friend like that, and it is at times very difficult to be his friend, but whether or not I am, he'd still lie, poor guy can't help it. The song reminds me of "Farmhouse" by Phish lyrically.
