General CommentOk...I can't beleive no ones posted for this one yet...So I'll do the honors.....I think this is a great song.....The guitar and the harmonica are very playful and happy-go-lucky......It really seems to fit the mood of the song....Basically talkin about another woman (these guys never had a lack of infatuated hippie chicks ;) This girl left him hard up......maybe she didn't like the pickup line...thus the beer in the face....who knows?....any how, it doesn't seem to be a big deal...I know your sisters too!...gotta love it.....I like the plane in the beginning too.....just a nice accent to the carefree lovin this song is all about.....

General CommentThe black country is a part of the west middlands in england it gets it's name from all the coal mines that used to be there. There is a famous pub were the band members of zeppelin used to drink. I heard that plant teaches at a local collage. i mean how cool would it be to be taught music by plant. well this gives little insight into what the songs about but might give it some background.

General CommentThis song is great. A lot like Boogie with Stu how they leave in some conversation to lighten the mood and make it more... personal...get rid of their god-like status for a simple and fun song.

General CommentThe drums in this song are spectacular. Bonzo's one of the most gifted, brilliant drummers of all time. It's a nice acoustic blues medley. The themes used in this song have blues written all over them. Getting dumped by a chick and then going for her sister. Just like Red House by Jimi. Just another great song off an even greater album.

General CommentYes, the Black Country is the West Midlands of England. Plant and Bonham grew up there and played together in the pubs as members of "The Band of Joy". I saw Plant perform this song in Toronto on one of his solo tours back in 1988 (Now and Zen?). He was great on the harmonica and nailed it perfectly! There was a standing ovation, and I think Plant sort-of realized that, while his solo work was pretty good... his Zeppelin material was alot better!
