"Oxygen" as written by Patrick Richard Mascall, Paul Meehan, Adam Phillips and Emin Arasovich Agalarov....
Half-life of oxygen spent breathing homesick air
Tearing my heart apart, yours ticks without a tear
Slow down, I haven't moved at all
The cold can't kill us but we won't survive the fall

Slipping, falling away
Hold on day to day, year to year, from here to there

Poison my speaking voice with half-truths and denials
Converting oxygen by living, breathing, suffering, screaming

We can't, we can, we will, we will, we won't
Slow down

General CommentThis song is really great, but you can't tell just by looking at the words. My favorite line is "Tearing my heart apart, yours ticks without a tear"....."converting oxygen by living, breathing, suffering, screaming"

General CommentThis song is one of my all-time faves. I love hearing Gabe's choirboy vocals during the chorus and verses then hearing Rory tear $hit up on the "We can't, we can" part. That's what made 'em great.

General CommentThis is the first Impossibles song I ever heard and it really got me hooked on them. They are now my favorite band and this song still competes with the best of them. It is worth listening to.
