"Don't Bother Me" as written by and George Harrison....
Since she's been gone I want no one to talk to me.
It's not the same but I'm to blame, it's plain to see.

So go away, leave me alone, don't bother me.
I can't believe that she would leave me on my own.
It's just not right when every night I'm all alone.

I've got no time for you right now, don't bother me.
I know I'll never be the same if I don't get her back again.
Because I know she'll always be the only girl for me.

But 'till she's here please don't come near, just stay away.
I'll let you know when she's come home.
Until that day

Don't come around, leave me alone, don't bother me.

Don't bother me.
Don't bother me.
Don't bother me.
Don't bother me.

General Commentthis is a well structured song with some neat chords.

it just proves that George was the QUIET BEATLE because he wants no one to talk to him

General CommentI don't think any of the Beatles were too crazy about this one. Unfortunately George Martin didn't feel George Harrison had it in him to create songs that rivaled Lennon/McCartney. Later on, however he was proven wrong when Harrison wrote 'Something'

General CommentWhen George wrote this he was in bed suffering from the flu (hence the title.) The original title was "Piss Off and Leave Me to Suffer on My Bed of Pain!" but obviously it wasn't snappy enough.

General CommentSomeone broke up with him and he feels lost. "I'll let you know when she comes home, until that day." He's holding on. I almost feel like I am there. Was she better for him or without him he felt free?

General CommentThis song is one of my favs from the early days, heartfelt soul singing by George, of course being the most deep and spiritual beatle. Song is awesome!!!
