"Quick, Painless, And Easy" as written by Adam L. Schlesinger, Andy Chase and Dominique Durand....
Anyway, you will take what you need.
Anyway, you will take it from me.
Straight, straight, straight to the ledge.
Loose yourself in the sound.
Look out over the edge.
I know how you'll go down.
Anyway, you will get what you want.
Why should I wait for that day to come?
Straight, straight, straight to the ledge.
One last smile and you're gone.
Step out over the edge
As if nothing is wrong.

It will be quick and painless and easy.
Quick and painless and easy.
I don't want you to leave me
But you'll go anyway.

Straight, straight, straight to the ledge.
Loose yourself in the sound.
Look out over the edge.
I know how you'll go down.

It will be quick and painless and easy.
Quick and painless and easy.
I don't want you to leave me
But you'll go anyway.

Anyway...
Anyway

General CommentI don't really feel a specific meaning in this song but it's really very wonderfullly writen and about anticipated loss, the kind that you have when you enter a relationship that will end and you know you will feel it.
