I got a cold man and he's dead in a jar
I got a sick killer and he's dead in a jar
He kills mothers and he looks like a cross between K Cobain and William Wilson
I just want you to listen,
Just one slave, Just one smile, Just one rabbit, Just gonna say to you
If you touch me I'll kill you (x2)
Coz I am the White Rabbit
If you touch me
I'll kill you (x3)
(If you touch me, I'll kill you, I'll kill you)
I got a hairstylist and he knows he's the one
I got a hairstylist and he knows he got it wrong
He kills mothers and he looks like a cross between K Cobain and William Wilson
I just want you to listen,
Just one slave, Just one smile, Just one
rabbit, Just gonna say to you, yeah
If you touch me I'll kill you (x2)
Coz I am the White Rabbit
If you touch me
I'll kill you (x3)

General Commenti'm not quite sure what the reference to William Wilson is. But I have a suspicion that the song in general is a rant about the existence of serial killers (i got a sick killer) and other antisocial dangerous people in society, posing as 'normal' people and making society dangerous for everybody else (i got a hairstylist). I think the point where "he knows he got it wrong" is the crux of the issue. This is one singer who is aware of the existence of these 'mother killers' all around her ready to strike, and she's striking back with a bit of good old fashioned caution, cynicism and even aggression. Definitely a case of if you touch me, i'll kill you. She's definitely keeping tabs on everyone (she's collecting cold men and sick killers in 'jars'). Perhaps the reference to Kurt Cobain is an idea of what she'll do to them if they're not careful (take them out with a shotgun for instance)! She'll take any measure she has to, to keep herself safe. This seems to be the darkest song from Adalita ever. She wants to get the message out that she knows there are sick and depraved minds out there, and that she's not just a pretty face (white rabbit) they can take advantage of- she has fangs and real world credentials and she's not afraid to use them. Quite a fun song too, in a twisted way.

General CommentWilliam Wilson has to be a direct reference to the short story by Edgar Allan Poe. William committed suicide by stabbing his doppelganger and everyone but deranged Nirvana fans knows that Kurt committed suicide as well. I'd like to think there's more to the line about matricide but I'm not nearly stoned enough to tackle that. I reckon it's about being a woman and asserting yourself in a sexist society.
