O mi jesu, demitte nobis debita nostra,
salva nos ab igne inferiori, perduc in caelum
Omnes animas, praesertim eas,
quae misericordiae tuae maxime indigent

Sicut erat in principio
et nunc et semper et insaecula
saeculorum

Latin to English:
Mea Culpa -> "My Fault"

O my jesus,
you all having fallen to us in our debt
saved us from the fire of hell, each lead into heaven
all animals, especially them
Who require sympathy from you especially

just as he has been in principle
and now both always and forever
of the ages

General CommentAfter doing some searching, I discovered that the lyrics of this song are actually part of the traditional Rosary. 'Mea Culpa' means 'My Fault' in Latin (in the sense of 'I am to blame'). The song translates to something like this:

Oh my Jesus, dismiss our debts/guilts
save us from the fire below, lead to heaven
    all souls, especially those,
who need your mercy the most

As it was in the beginning,
is now, and ever shall be, forever
    and ever
