"Motorcrash" as written by Bjrk Gudmundsdottir, Einar Benediktsson, Fridrik Erlingsson, Bragi Olafsson, Sigtryggur Baldursson and Thor Eldon Jonsson....
Riding on my bicycle i saw a motorcrash,
A proper motorcrash and lots of spectators.
I rushed to the centre saw the injured parents,
Cuts on the children, an awful motorcrash.
Dangerous terribly bloody motorcrash, destructive motorcrash.
Took the mother, sneaked with her secretly all the way to my home,
And nursed her gently put on her bandages, gave her milk and biscuits,
She sighed pleasantly after this awful motorcrash.
That girl on that bicycle showed great interest in all the motorcrashes in the
neighbourhood,
She look quite innocent, but believe you me i know what innocence looks like
And it wasn't there, after she got that bicycle. then we disguised ourselves,
Took a taxi to her home, when her husband opened the door she introduced
herself,
He said "where have you been all this time?"

General Commenti'm pretty sure i read someting about it being about a little girl who shows up at all the motorcrashes. she takes the mother (because she likes mothers the most) and sneaks off with her and nurses her back to health and then the mother's husband comes to the girl's house and asks his wife where's she's been all this time.

General CommentI remember it was my older brother who told me:

"She didn't actually have a motorcrash."

If you want to get really deep into it, I'd say it could be about a young girl suddenly taking interest in other people's romantic relationships now that she's had one of her own. She never noticed other people's romantic ordeals, but now she gets a little experience ("since she got that bicycle"), and suddenly she's much more observant of others with more experience ("cars") and their more complicated accidents.

In this case, she might even be meddling a bit.

General CommentThis was the first song I remember hearing that wasn't on the radio. To me it meant the end of commercial rock music. I think the lyrics are about how experiences you have when you are very young can leave a very surreal and emotional memory.
