"Second To Last" as written by Cyrus William Bolooki, Chad Everett Gilbert, Ian R. Grushka, Stephen Lee Klein and Jordan I. Pundik....
I hate myself for losing you
I blame myself for pulling you apart
I guess this is the only way
I hate these eyes that noticed you
I blame my heart for breaking up that day

It didn't mean much anyway
It's you, you I figured out
It always helps to forget how to be yourself
It's you, realize that your understanding this
Understanding that you're all alone

Today
Is the first day of your life
The first day that you're on your own
Now you know what to call home

Today
Is the first day of your life
The first day that you're on your own
Now you know what to call home

I know I'm right for leaving you
Now there's nothing left for me to say

It never meant much anyway
It's you, you I figured out
It always helps to forget how to be yourself
It's you, realize that your understanding this
Understanding that you're all alone

Today
Is the first day of your life
The first day that you're on your own
Now you know what to call home

Today
Is the first day of your life
The first day that you're on your own
Now you know what to call home

This could be
The second to last time
You're way too close to dive
This could be
The second to last time
You're way too close to dive

General CommentI've been listening to NFG for almost 4 years now and this song is my favorite. The old hard pumping NFG is so much better than their newer stuff. NFG4EVER!!!!!!!!! their next cd better be like their first ones.

General Commentwhy would you want your ex to feel this way about you.."i know i'm right for leaving you. now there's nothing left for me to say, it never meant much anyway." mmkay, if you love him, that's not what you want him to think. awesome song none the less. mmm..nfg. General Comment1_night_as_forever: i don't think the lyrics "it never meant much anyway" refers to the relationship, but the words that he says. and i think those few lyrics are out of bitterness, not how he truly feels .... i definitely wouldn't mind if my ex felt this way ~ an incredible song =)
