Clairvoyance (repeat)
Wild into the dead of night
Around the corner I see a light
See it coming my way run
Standing on the ground waiting for the sign

Whoa I can't go on I can't sleep
I can't last more than another week
'Cause I know what's coming then

Forgive my lies, I see it's too much
Doing all I can not to see your plan
I know it's no good
No good to keep you waiting

Whoa I can't go on I can't sleep
I can't last more than another week
'Cause I know what's coming then
'Cause of my clairvoyance

Daylight isn't here
But it's a part of us
I see it coming my way run
Standing on the grass waiting for the sun

Whoa I can't go on I can't sleep
I can't last more than another week
'Cause I know what's coming then (repeat)
'Cause of my clairvoyance
Clairvoyance

General CommentThe intro of this song is a slow drawn out classic acid drenched style,..

the riff sounds liek the guitar itself is tripping out, lacking almost any energy in as good of way as it can mean ( it's a good thing)

Lanegan's entry vocal is very strange and almost reminded me of John Lennon,...

But then the song actually starts, and what you think is a slumbering beast almost imediately awakes and goes on a rampage,...

The Verse riff carries an extremely tense quality about it, it gives me the same feeling I get when you're watching a horror movie and some one is venturing off onto their own,... very powerful riff,...

This song has got to be an easy one but also ass kicking one to learn the drums for, I don't know how to play, but you can tell where every single change in the pattern is,...hearing Pickerel go from 1/4 to 1/2 on the chorus is pretty damn sweet....

It's probably the reason they named the album clairvoyance after this song,...

but my personal favorite is lonely girl...
