"Cute Sushi Lunches" as written by Liam Coverdale-howe, Chris Corner and Ian Pickering....
Pretty raw with it
Cute sushi lunches
Nineteen steps from out under your feet
Can't eat won't eat
Have have not me
Can't eat won't eat
Cute sushi lunches

Pretty down on this
Cold feet excuses
One lane talk where art and life don't meet
Can't see won't see
Have have not me
Hate like a child hates his haircut
Can't eat won't eat
Cute sushi lunches

General CommentIt doesn't really make much sense to me either. I can see a pun between "suchi" and "pretty raw with it." I don't really get it though.

General CommentChris: "This song is about uncomfortable situations - being taken for Sushi in L.A. for the novelty, being in this cold, awkward situation you really dont want to be in."

General Commentthe quote from thornykins reveals a lot to me, and I'm glad to know. I like how several of the songs on Splinter are about their horrible experiences during their US tour, I had heard that they hated it then I just now got Splinter yesterday so it's good to get the personal perspective of it
