"Stuck On You" as written by and Ken/edwards Andrews....
I heard you driving in my car
Then in a frozen bar
I claimed I didn't care for you.
But your verse got trapped inside my head
Over and over again
You played yourself to death in me.

I thought I'd drop you easily
But that was not to be
You burrowed like a summer tick.
So you invade my sleep
And confuse my dreams
Turn my nights to sleepless itch.

(chorus)
Stuck on you, til' the end of time
I'm too tired to fight your rhyme
Stuck on you, til' the end of time
You've got me paralyzed.

Holding on the telephone
I hear your midrange moan
You're everywhere inside my room.
Even when I'm all alone
I hear your mellow drone
You're everywhere inside of me.

(chorus)+
You've got me trapped
I can't escape
Your incessant whine
When you beam it out
All across the sky
No I can't escape
Your insipid rhyme
When you shoot it deep
Straight into my mind.

General Commentah.... the wonderful allegory between a crush and a song. DAMN good song.

General CommentHe's probably using a catchy tune as a metaphor for a person he was in a relationship with or something (drugs - heroine in particular?) he's addicted to unwillingly.

General Comment"When you shoot it deep straight into my mind" He's obviously referencing heroin here like almost every other song, but they did make a video for this that has him with a girl, so it's probably about obsessing over anything be it a song, drugs or a women. Completely open metaphor really which is perfect.

General CommentI think it's about heroin addiction, like the rest of the album. You probably have to read kind of deep to get that out of it, but it makes sense when you break it down.

General Commenti think theres various things that are tangible about this song. it could be about a catchy song, a person or an obsession, like stalking obsession or drugs. i think thats what is so great about this band and so many people who can write this way. its amazing.

General CommentIt's like when you're calling some place and they put you on hold and you hear that fucking catchy song they use for phone music and it gets stuck in your head for days.

General CommentThis song was written by ken, so it's probabily not a drug metaphor. Theres an interview where it says that it's about a song, and the instrumental hook is supposed to be the kind of annoying thing that gets stuck in your head easily
