Turn around and smell what you don't see
Close your eyes it is so clear
Here's the mirror, behind there is a screen
On both ways you can get in

Don't think twice before you listen to your heart
Follow the trace for a new start

What you need and everything you'll feel
Is just a question of the deal
In the eye of storm you'll see a lonely dove
The experience of survival is the key
To the gravity of love

The path of excess leads to
The tower of Wisdom
The path of excess leads to
The tower of Wisdom

Try to think about it
That's the chance to live your life and discover
What it is, what's the gravity of love

Look around just people, can you hear their voice
Find the one who'll guide you to the limits of your choice

But if you're in the eye of storm
Just think of the lonely dove
The experience of survival is the key
To the gravity of love.

this is the best way i can think of my opinion on the lyrics of this song: "Turn around and smell what you don't see Close your eyes ... it is so clear"- maybe its saying that dont rely on juss using ur sight, use ur other senses and feel things within ur soul.

"Here's the mirror, behind there is a screen

On both ways you can get in"- maybe this has to do with urself , [a mirror shows ur reflection and the screen part ( like a tv screen) is what people see] and then maybe u cant reach urself or maybe cant be urself or u wont let ne body in.

"Don't think twice before you listen to your heart

Follow the trace for a new start" - self-explanatary ur heart is with the most truthful emotion and what really guides and dont be afraid to start something new or start a new path in life.

"What you need and everything you'll feel

Is just a question of the deal" - this is saying that the deal represents life and things like what u feel u might need or want is juss questions that come along with ur life.

"In the eye of storm you'll see a lonely dove

The experience of survival is the key To the gravity of love" - being in "the eye of storm" represents being in the middle or center of chaos which in this case is the world and the "lonely dove" ,well doves usually r seen as pairs thus lonely dove it doesnt have a partner which can represent a single person. and the last line is saying that surviving relationships (probably love life in this song) and experiencing this life "is the key to the gravity of love" which gravity is a force that holds u and pulls u in so its love that pulls u in which is why its gravity of love.

"The path of excess leads to

The tower of Wisdom" - excess is defined as a state of exceeding what is normal or sufficient, so maybe it means that going through life u have many obstacles and u gain experiences and it all builds up and u learn from it which u gain wisdom from what u have gone through.

"Try to think about it ...

That's the chance to live your life and discover What it is, what's the gravity of love" - i think it may be saying really think i things over and find the true meaning of the gravity of love. Live ur life, learn and get a better understanding.

"Look around just people, can you hear their voice

Find the one who'll guide you to the limits of your choice" - there are a lot people and u see them but can u hear them and see who they are. and the line "find the one, ect." is saying find that peson who will be ur partner in life and "who will guide u to linits of choice" well when u have that special some1 ur choices are limited cuz u guys will share a life together so in a way it might be like not being a big party person and flirting ne more, u kno when u have some1 u dont do that ..um.. maybe sumthing like that hehe...

"But if you're in the eye of storm

Just think of the lonely dove The experience of survival is the key To the gravity of love." - this is juss saying after the last part about finding that person that why is has the word "but" that if ur in the eye of storm (already explanied) and its juss u in all the chaos by ur self juss think of the lonely dove(who doesnt have a parner but is still alive and surviving) and brings it to the line " the experience of suvival ect." is saying to live , to survive problems and thats they key to find love maybe again?

well i hope i did ok, that's juss my thought and input on it. i probably could have explained and said it better but im not too good at explaining things. i hope people see it this way or interpretate it in their own way or i hope i helped. i dunno ..hehe..^_^

Love in a Vacuum
'Til Tuesday
Well, in my opinion this song is about being a young & maybe a little naive &/or introverted girl and finding yourself loving a man who is at first very charming, carefree & outgoing, and seems at first to be without limits, as in "There was a time you opened up every doorway you didn't mind if everything wasn't your way" then that man starts to gradually become more introverted & shows their more possessive/obsessive side to you as the relationship progresses, even while they keep up the appearance of being carefree & outgoing to everyone else, "Don't pull away that goes against what you told me I look in your eyes I realize what you've sold me is love in a vacuum" so you confront them about the way they're acting and of course they deny it, "I think you've changed but you insist that that's not true" quite possibly they are an addict of some sort, my guess would be cocaine, &/or showing very obsessive behavior towards you (early on in the video for this song we see the man hanging a picture up, it is a very large portrait of Aimee & it is prominently displayed in his/their apartment for the duration of the song), thus their "love in a vacuum", "You look so strange, so distant that you're hardly you Now I can see how you have been acting different You say it's me but I know that it isn't it's love in a vacuum" but still you are in love with them and don't want to leave them and you know that they are truly in love with you and they don't want you to leave them either, maybe they are convinced you can save them from themself, maybe they are so broken that the possibility of an overdose &/or suicide attempt is very real and you want to get through to them that their behavior not only dangerous but it is also just pissing you off and if they don't wise up they run the risk of loosing you, as in the lines "You will be lonely if you leave me alone", so you want to save them but can't get through to them due to the addiction &/or emotional problems they have, "Love in a vacuum and that's not enough love in a vacuum You will be lonely you'll be the only one who feels this way You will be lonely if you leave me alone You will be lonely you'll be the only one who feels this way it's just not enough" you want them to understand that the love they are giving you is not enough when it is filtered through the vacuum of their drug addiction &/or emotional impairment, "You will be lonely you'll be the only one who feels this way it's just not enough and just wait you will be lonely Love in a vacuum Love in a vacuum and that's not enough Love in a vacuum". 'Love In A Vacuum' for me is a hauntingly truthful acute argument on the loneliness of obsession and almost inevitable loss of love that follows people who are broken in some way or another; the obsessives, the coke heads, the drunks, addicts or the just-plain-old emotionally broken; a razor sharp, lyrically driven, deceptively poppy, yet ultimately-depressing-in-the-best-way song. Quintessential Aimee Mann.

Fortnight
Taylor Swift
The song 'Fortnight' by Taylor Swift and Post Malone tells a story about strong feelings, complicated relationships, and secret wishes. It talks about love, betrayal, and wanting someone who doesn't feel the same. The word 'fortnight' shows short-lived happiness and guilty pleasures, leading to sadness. It shows how messy relationships can be and the results of hiding emotions. “I was supposed to be sent away / But they forgot to come and get me,” she kickstarts the song in the first verse with lines suggesting an admission to a hospital for people with mental illnesses. She goes in the verse admitting her lover is the reason why she is like this. In the chorus, she sings about their time in love and reflects on how he has now settled with someone else. “I took the miracle move-on drug, the effects were temporary / And I love you, it’s ruining my life,” on the second verse she details her struggles to forget about him and the negative effects of her failure. “Thought of callin’ ya, but you won’t pick up / ‘Nother fortnight lost in America,” Post Malone sings in the outro.

The Night We Met
Lord Huron
This is a hauntingly beautiful song about introspection, specifically about looking back at a relationship that started bad and ended so poorly, that the narrator wants to go back to the very beginning and tell himself to not even travel down that road. I believe that the relationship started poorly because of the lines: "Take me back to the night we met:When the night was full of terrors: And your eyes were filled with tears: When you had not touched me yet" So, the first night was not a great start, but the narrator pursued the relationship and eventually both overcame the rough start to fall in love with each other: "I had all and then most of you" Like many relationships that turn sour, it was not a quick decline, but a gradual one where the narrator and their partner fall out of love and gradually grow apart "Some and now none of you" Losing someone who was once everything in your world, who you could confide in, tell your secrets to, share all the most intimate parts of your life, to being strangers with that person is probably one of the most painful experiences a person can go through. So Painful, the narrator wants to go back in time and tell himself to not even pursue the relationship. This was the perfect song for "13 Reasons Why"

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.
