"Piano & I" as written by and Alicia J Augello-cook....
Hello! My goodness
I didn't know I was here
Do you know my name?
(It ain't goin' wrong when you try)
Always got to try
No matter how long that shit take
Yeah, yeah

Whatever stops you from dreaming
Whatever tries to stop you from living, flip it

Welcome home
'Cause right now what I have to do is
I've gotta amp myself up as well as you

So yeah, so what it took me
Like, maybe two years and shit
But I'm feeling prepared
You know what I'm saying
And I'm feeling a little more ready for the world
And less lost, as I once was

So come on, what you waiting on?
Fill me, fill me, fill me
Mwa, uh, yeah
Mwa, uh, yeah

General Commentthis song is kinda hauting at the begining, with the piano, and alicia sounding like an opera singer. she does not sing on this (exept in the background) she just does some talking. it's a good way to open an album.

General CommentI like the moonlight sonata in the beginning, and I don't know, it makes me feel good. I think it might be about seeing a change in yourself or when you realize that you're actually living.

General CommentI actually play, so I'm really feeling this song, I mean I felt it so deeply ya'll just dont know. I really hope that someday I can play as well as my role model; Alicia Keys, and that with practice, maybe I can someday reach her level of fame. Well, basically I want to say that I admire Alicia Keys personally and musically, and even though she has years + on me, I am so proud of her, and hope that she makes it far in the entertainment business. Somehow, I am positive that she will.

    *Alicia Keys for life*
