"A Woman's Worth" as written by Alicia J Augello-cook and Erika Rose Hedman....
You could buy me diamonds
You could buy me pearls
Take me on a cruise around the world
Baby you know I'm worth it
Dinner lit by candles
Run my bubble bath
Make love tenderly to last, to last
'Cause baby you know I'm worth it

Wanna please wanna keep wanna treat your woman right
Not just dough but to show that you know she is worth your time
You will lose if you chose to refuse to put her first
She will if she can find a man who knows her worth

'Cause a real man, knows a real woman when he sees her
And a real woman knows a real man ain't afraid to please her
And a real woman knows a real man always comes first
And a real man just can't deny a woman's worth

If you treat me fairly
I'll give you all my goods
Treat you like a real woman should
Baby I know you're worth it
If you never play me
Promise not to bluff
I'll hold you down when shit gets rough
'Cause baby I know you're worth it

She walks the mile makes you smile all the while being true
Don't take for granted the passions that she has for you
You will lose if you chose to refuse to put her first
She will if she can find a man who knows her worth

'Cause a real man, knows a real woman when he sees her
And a real woman knows a real man ain't afraid to please her
And a real woman knows a real man always comes first
And a real man just can't deny a woman's worth

No need to read between the lines spelled out for you (spelled out for you)
Just hear this song 'cause you can't go wrong when you value (better value)
A woman's (woman's)
Woman's (woman's)
Worth!

'Cause a real man, knows a real woman when he sees her
And a real woman knows a real man ain't afraid to please her
And a real woman knows a real man always comes first (first baby)
And a real man just can't deny a woman's worth

'Cause a real man, knows a real woman when he sees her
And a real woman knows a real man ain't afraid to please her
And a real woman knows a real man always comes first (first baby)
And a real man just can't deny a woman's worth

General CommentThis song is saying that if a man doesn`t treat his woman right, the woman will not put up with that bullshit and go find someone else who will. Love and respect should be mutual. Good song.

General CommentThis song is beautiful. It epitomises what a loving relationship is worth… and what you shouldn’t settle for. Noone is worth your time if they mess you around. Leaving you in the balance, unsure of what is going on, If anything.
The statement ‘’ Baby, you know I’m worth it’’ is the best thing anyone could ever wish for. At that point in time, where the revelation comes that they are worth it is the best moment of your life.

What Alicia sings about here is what every woman needs at least one point in her life. To be held in a way that noone else could, to look into their eyes, to laugh together. Alicia describes the situations that a woman needs to feel this towards someone. Making love tenderly is a trillion times different than making love. The tenderness makes us believe that it is so real.
Any men, learn by this song. Any women, don’t accept anything less than this song.

General Commenti think this song is beautiful because it's obviously form the heart. it's not exactly my style of music but i find myself singing it. it reaches a girls soul. it basically says you will be forever experiencing love if you just don't screw your gilr over too badly. and if you do... admit it

General CommentThis is a good tune. I'm not a feminist or anything, but I do believe in what I call "woman power" and this song is kind of an example. Women should be treated just as good as anyone else.
