"Steamroller" as written by Billy Rankin, Peter Agnew and Dan Mccafferty....
My baby got run over wa wa wooo.. by a steamroller
My baby got run over wa wa wooo.. by a steamroller

She thought I had left her
But I could never do that
Now it's too late to tell her
Wa wa wooo...

My baby got run over wa wa wooo.. by a steamroller
My baby got run over wa wa wooo.. by a steamroller

She was my only baby
She used to drive me crazy
Now it's too late to save her
Wa wa wooo...

My baby got run over wa wa wooo.. by a steamroller
My baby got run over wa wa wooo.. by a steamroller

My baby got run over wa wa wooo.. by a steamroller
My baby got run over wa wa wooo.. by a steamroller

I didn't get the number
As she was going under
It was a case of hit and run (hit and run!)
Wa wa woo...

My baby got run over wa wa wooo.. by a steamroller
My baby got run over wa wa wooo.. by a steamroller

To me, this is just a goofy fun song in the typical style of the Adicts. Great opening and catchty as hell.

General CommentTo me it's a goofy about a guy who's girlfriend died and he wasn't able to tell her that he'd never leave her. I guess the moral of the story goes you gotta let people know how you feel about them otherwise you could lose your chance.
