"97' Bonnie And Clyde" as written by Curtis Mayfield, Jeffrey Bass, Mark Bass and Marshall Mathers....
Just the two of us... [Repeat: x8]

Baby your da-da loves you (hey)
And I'm a always be here for you (hey) no matter what happens
You're all I got in this world
I would never give you up for nothin
Nobody in this world is ever gonna keep you from me
I love you

C'mon Hai-Hai, we goin to the beach
Grab a couple of toys and let da-da strap you in the car seat
Oh where's mama? She's takin a little nap in the trunk
Oh that smell (whew!) da-da musta runned over a skunk

Now I know what you're thinkin - it's kind of late to go swimmin
But you know your mama, she's one of those type of women
That do crazy things, and if she don't get her way, she'll throw a fit
Don't play with da-da's toy knife, honey, let go of it (no!)

And don't look so upset, why you actin bashful?
Don't you want to help da-da build a sand castle? (yeah!)
And mama said she wants to show how far she can float
And don't worry about that little boo-boo on her throat

It's just a little scratch - it don't hurt, her was eatin
Dinner while you were sweepin and spilled ketchup on her shirt
Mama's messy isn't she? We'll let her wash off in the water
And me and you can pway by ourselves, can't we?

Just the two of us... [Repeat: x2]
And when we ride!
Just the two of us... [Repeat: x2]
Just you and I!
Just the two of us... [Repeat: x2]
And when we ride!
Just the two of us... [Repeat: x2]
Just you and I!

See honey.. there's a place called heaven and a place called hell
A place called prison and a place called jail
And da-da's probably on his way to all of em except one
'Cause mama's got a new husband and a stepson

And you don't want a brother do ya? (Nah)
Maybe when you're old enough to understand a little better
I'll explain it to ya
But for now we'll just say mama was real real bad

She was bein' mean to dad and made him real real mad
But I still feel sad that I put her on time-out
Sit back in your chair honey, quit tryin to climb out (WAHH!)
I told you it's okay HaiHai, want to ba-ba?

Take a night-night? Nan-a-boo, goo-goo ga-ga?
Her make goo-goo ca-ca? Da-da change your dia-dee
Clean the baby up so her can take a nighty-nighty
Your dad'll wake her up as soon as we get to the water
Ninety-seven Bonnie and Clyde, me and my daughter

Just the two of us... [Repeat: x2]
And when we ride!
Just the two of us... [Repeat: x2]
Just you and I!
Just the two of us... [Repeat: x2]
And when we ride!
Just the two of us... [Repeat: x2]
Just you and I!

Wake up sweepy head we're here, before we pway
We're gonna take mama for a wittle walk along the pier
Baby, don't cry honey, don't get the wrong idea
Mama's too sweepy to hear you screamin in her ear (ma-maa!)

That's why you can't get her to wake, but don't worry
Da-da made a nice bed for mommy at the bottom of the lake
Here, you want to help da-da tie a rope around this rock? (yeah!)
We'll tie it to her footsie then we'll roll her off the dock

Ready now, here we go, on the count of free..
One.. two.. free.. WHEEEEEE! (whoooooshhhhh)
There goes mama, spwashin in the wa-ta
No more fightin wit dad, no more restraining order

No more step-da-da, no more new brother
Blow her kisses bye-bye, tell mama you love her (mommy!)
Now we'll go play in the sand, build a castle and junk
But first, just help dad with two more things out the trunk

Just the two of us... [Repeat: x2]
And when we ride!
Just the two of us... [Repeat: x2]
Just you and I!
Just the two of us... [Repeat: x2]
And when we ride!
Just the two of us... [Repeat: x2]
Just you and I!

Just the two of us... [Repeat: x4]

Just me and you baby
Is all we need in this world
Just me and you
Your da-da will always be there for you
Your da-da's always gonna love you

Remember that
If you ever need me I will always be here for you
If you ever need anything, just ASK
Da-da will be right there
Your da-da loves you
I love you baby

General CommentSome people have nothing else to do other than search for lyrics on artists they don't like just to say they hate them.

General CommentThe meaning of this song is clear as it could be. The song is obviously about underground German brawling rings in the lower/upper quandrants of the Persian Military. This is an issue that Eminem was always vocal about in meetings "Fuckin' Germans and Persians kickin' in that ass 24/7, fuckin' bitches needa get mowed down" is what he said in an interview when asked about his German mixtape sales.

General CommentHere's what he said about this song in AXS Uncut interview form January 21,1999:

-At the time I wrote that song I really felt like I wanted to do that and that's why again I say my music is a therapy for me it's a way to get stuff off my chest. There's a lot of people...there's a lot of fathers that got through a lot of stuff with their babies mothers and...they wanna do that stuff but they just don't say it.
-You talk about it with so much at ease "At the time,I just wanted to murder my baby's mother"...
-I really did.I mean, honestly, can you say you've never felt like killing somebody?Have you never been so MAD at somebody, has anybody ever put you through something, through so much...crap that you actually felt like killing them?

-Whatever's on my mind,I'm gonna say it.If I'm thinking it,I'm gonna say it.I'm that type of person,I've always been that type of person. You know,if I'm evil enough to think it,or I'm demented enough to think it,or I'm smart enought to think it,then I'm gonna say it.Whatever it is,I'm gonna say it.

My OpinionSo I'm probably just going to piss more people off but here's my two cents. Eminem grew up in a horrible environment. He dropped out of highschool and it's a miracle that he has been so successful so you have to give him props for that. The song is definitely graphic, but like others have stated; it's a way of releasing anger he isn't actually going to do these things. Personally I think he's a great artist and it's the only rap I listen to. I love how powerful his songs are they show so much emotion. But seriously if you're going to argue you have to know basic logic. Please refrain from supporting Eminem by calling others homosexual because they don't like him. It's so immature when you use bad grammar, spelling, and swear randomly. At least make an attempt to sound half intelligent. Learn to use cursing at appropriate times to provide that extra punch in your words. You're aren't going to change anyones opinion, especially not by telling them to suck a dick lol. But don't discriminate against all the fans, that's a good way to get your ass kicked. I'm being a hypocrite for this, but saying Eminem is a disgrace to music is pretty shitty. I've heard he's the most successful artist of the decade, I'm not sure if it's true, but I wouldn't be surprised. Also if you don't like him, Uhm why are you looking up lyrics to his song..? Well that's enough. Thanks for listening p34(3 0|_|7 |\|1664

General CommentMan... this song truly brings back some memories, dark or bright. I remember cruising in my 1983 F-150 and listening to this song. Pretty sure I would get some weird looks my way, but it's a great song. This song truly describes what REAL relationships are like... not the fairy shit that you see on TV.

General CommentWhen i first heard this album, this song was definately my favorite. I think this song is hilarious. We all know em ain't actually gonna go out and kill kim. I think it's funny how he expresses so much hate for her in the song, when he's also expressing how much he loves his little girl. I also think it's cute how he uses baby talk to communicate will halie jade.

And great "like go suck a dick maybe" how creative and mature is that? Beside he has a better music taste then all of you, and what he listens to is real good music. like Poison The Well.
