Oh Annabel Lee, forever in my dreams.
You know you've still got a piece of my heart.
You've had it right from the start.

Oh Annabel Lee, stop haunting my dreams.
Yours is the face that I see in the dark, in the dark.

Into the darkness,
farther, my heart slips.
Into the darkness,
into the sea.

Oh Annabel Lee, the ocean calls to me.
In the spring when our love had its start.
Oh Annabel Lee,forever trapped by the memories,
in the sepulchre of my heart.

Black cats they scurry by in the night.
They tell me where you are.
In the chill of november
and now the kingdom is in ruins. J
ust a memory of you and me.
Will you release me?

Into the darkness,
farther, my heart slips.
Into the darkness,
into the sea.

Oh Annabel Lee, those nights seem so long ago.
When my heart didn't feel so old.
Oh Annabel Lee, call your name for eternity.
Long as the stars shall burn and the moon glows.

The ocean whispers in night air
and you once were with me there.
Do you remember?
And I'm speaking your name.
Though it's over, think of me.
Will you release me?

Into the darkness,
farther, my heart slips.
Into the darkness,
into the sea.

General CommentThis song is Nick 13's interpretation of Edgar Allan Poe's great classic "Annabel Lee".

General Commentthis is the best tiger army song ever, well.. other than 'never die'. this is a great interpretation of edgar allan poe's poem, but it does have a nice touch of tiger.

General Commenti love tiger army. this is one of their less rockabilly sounding songs, and it sounds very pop punk, yet i love it.

    tiger army never die.

General CommentThis is the song that got me hooked on Tiger Army. I downloaded it and simply had to buy Power of Moonlite The variety of the songs on the album caught me offguard, but I've come to love almost all of them. This was my favorite song for a while, but it got a little tiring. I just got their first album and with the influx of new Tiger Army material to listen to, I can't decide which song is my favorite. Nocturnal? True Romance? When Night Comes Down? Cupid's Victim? Under Saturn's Shadow? I can't make up my mind, and I love it!
