You're lost little girl
You're lost little girl
You're lost
Tell me who
Are you?
I think that you know what to do
Impossible? Yes, but it's true
I think that you know what to do, yeah
I'm sure that you know what to do
You're lost little girl
You're lost little girl
You're lost
Tell me who
Are you?
I think that you know what to do
Impossible? Yes, but it's true
I think that you know what to do, girl
I'm sure that you know what to do
You're lost little girl
You're lost little girl
You're lost

General CommentThis is definately my favorite song from the album, especially this part: "I think that you know what to do
    Impossible? Yes, but it's true"
I think this song's about people in general who aren't really true to themself; people who tend to lie to themselves and not do what they know they should be doing.

General CommentI read in John Densmore's book "Riders On The Storm" that a girl was trying to to be perform oral sex on Jim while he was recording this song in the studio,

My OpinionI think it actually relates to the story, Alice in Wonderland. She was a lost little girl. One of the characters in the story even told her "You're lost, Alice." Also, the hookah-smoking caterpillar kept asking her "Who are you?", whereas Alice would reply something along the lines of "I don't know, because I'm not myself."

And all of us know that the Alice in Wonderland story is a metaphor for the effects of drugs.

My InterpretationFor me, this song is about losing yourself in someone, and discovering a part of yourself at the same time. Then, losing that someone... and feeling lost without them.

General CommentRobby, Jimmy... Song of such quality would swim up sooner or later. I'm glad to be able to hear it. The same goes for all the Doors' songs I just didn't want to put a comment on each, it's not worth it...
