"Unwind" as written by Kim Gordon, Lee M. Ranaldo, Steven Jay Shelley and Thurston Joseph Moore....
Lay down your lucky hand, upon her heart
Morning becomes a kite, tangled up in stars
Laugh in the midday light, and leave - it behind
Move out into his sundry eyes, and sing, unwind

Hang down your lucky head, a sign to time
Morning becomes the sun, for the dandy line
Sooner than the midday light, we leave behind
Love is out into the sundry light, you sing, unwind

General CommentYou must hear it. This song is utterly gorgeous, musically and lyrically, and the two go together perfectly. It's like a lullaby almost.

General CommentYeah, with Modest Mouse, it may have been unintentional, maybe not. The country band Lonestar has a song called "Amazed" which has a different variation on the same riff, but i'm sure that's just coincidental. I highly doubt a country band would wanna rip off Sonic Youth.
