Ah, ah, ah
Ah, ah, ah
Ah yeah
Yeah-yeah
Oh-ooh

It's a shame you had to learn the hard way
Now I have to take my love away
You see, I could've made it easy
For you to become a part of me
It's a shame you had to learn the hard way
Now I have to take my love away
You see, I could've made it easy
For you to become a part of me

You couldn't even say I'm sorry
For all the hurt and pain you caused me
But now, I am supposed to give my deepest sympathy?
Oh yeah, you see, I had enough of cryin'
And I'm tired of all the lyin'
See, I refused to let you take advantage of me, baby

It's a shame you had to learn the hard way (ooh-ooh)
Now I have to take my love away (my love away)
You see, I could've made it easy (made it easy)
For you to become a part of me (oh-ooh oh)
It's a shame you had to learn the hard way (it's a shame)
Now I have to take my love away (my love away)
You see, I could've made it easy (oh-ooh oh yeah)
For you to become a part of me

Never took the time to think of
All the love that we have shared
I realize that most of the time
You were just not there, oh-ooh
It was hard for me to see when
When your love was blindin' me
But now I know I have to let you
Go your separate way

'Cause things will never be the same
'Cause baby, baby, you did me wrong
It hurt so bad, I can't move on
Was it worth all the pain?
'Cause baby, baby, you've got to pay
You've gotta learn the hard way

It's a shame you had to learn the hard way (it's a shame)
Now I have to take my love away (ooh, ooh-ooh)
You see, I could've made it easy (made it easy)
For you to become a part of me (oh)
It's a shame you had to learn the hard way (it's a shame)
Now I have to take my love away (oh, oh oh)
You see, I could've made it easy (oh)
For you to become a part of me (ooh-ooh)

It's a shame you had to learn the hard way (learn the hard way)
Now I have to take my love away (take my love away)
You see, I could've made it easy (take my love away, 'cause it hurts so bad)
For you to become a part of me (it's a shame)
It's a shame you had to learn the hard way (it's a shame, yeah-yeah)
Now I have to take my love away (take my love away)
You see, I could've made it easy (ooh, ooh-ooh)
For you to become a part of me

'Cause things will never be the same
'Cause baby, baby, you did me wrong
It hurt so bad, I can't move on
Was it worth all the pain?
'Cause baby, baby, you've got to pay
You've gotta learn the hard way

It's a shame you had to learn the hard way
Now I have to take my love away (my love away)
You see, I could've made it easy (I'm gone)
For you to become a part of me (so long)
It's a shame you had to learn the hard way (shame you'll learn the hard way)
Now I have to take my love away (now I'm takin' my love away)
You see, I could've made it easy (made it easy)
For you to become a part of me (you did me wrong)
It's a shame you had to learn the hard way (you told me lies)
Now I have to take my love away (treated me bad)
You see, I could've made it easy (all of the time)
For you to become a part of me
It's a shame you had to learn the hard way (ooh, the hard way)
Now I have to take my love away (take my love away)
You see, I could've made it easy (made it easy, babe)
For you to become a part of me

(Part of me, part of me,) part of me
Part of me, part of me, part of me, (part of me)
Part of me, part of me, part of me
Part of me, part of me, (part of me)
Part of me, part of me, part of me (part of me)

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

Dreamwalker
Silent Planet
I think much like another song “Anti-Matter” (that's also on the same album as this song), this one is also is inspired by a horrifying van crash the band experienced on Nov 3, 2022. This, much like the other track, sounds like it's an extension what they shared while huddled in the wreckage, as they helped frontman Garrett Russell stem the bleeding from his head wound while he was under the temporary effects of a concussion. The track speaks of where the mind goes at the most desperate & desolate of times, when it just about slips away to all but disconnect itself, and the aftermath.

Mountain Song
Jane's Addiction
Jane's Addiction vocalist Perry Farrell gives Adam Reader some heartfelt insight into Jane’s Addiction's hard rock manifesto "Mountain Song", which was the second single from their revolutionary album Nothing's Shocking. Mountain song was first recorded in 1986 and appeared on the soundtrack to the film Dudes starring Jon Cryer. The version on Nothing's Shocking was re-recorded in 1988. "'Mountain Song' was actually about... I hate to say it but... drugs. Climbing this mountain and getting as high as you can, and then coming down that mountain," reveals Farrell. "What it feels to descend from the mountain top... not easy at all. The ascension is tough but exhilarating. Getting down is... it's a real bummer. Drugs is not for everybody obviously. For me, I wanted to experience the heights, and the lows come along with it." "There's a part - 'Cash in now honey, cash in Miss Smith.' Miss Smith is my Mother; our last name was Smith. Cashing in when she cashed in her life. So... she decided that, to her... at that time, she was desperate. Life wasn't worth it for her, that was her opinion. Some people think, never take your life, and some people find that their life isn't worth living. She was in love with my Dad, and my Dad was not faithful to her, and it broke her heart. She was very desperate and she did something that I know she regrets."

Magical
Ed Sheeran
How would you describe the feeling of being in love? For Ed Sheeran, the word is “Magical.” in HIS three-minute album opener, he makes an attempt to capture the beauty and delicacy of true love with words. He describes the magic of it all over a bright Pop song produced by Aaron Dessner.

American Town
Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran shares a short story of reconnecting with an old flame on “American Town.” The track is about a holiday Ed Sheeran spends with his countrywoman who resides in America. The two are back together after a long period apart, and get around to enjoying a bunch of fun activities while rekindling the flames of their romance.
