"Shrivel-Up" as written by and Mark Allen/casale Mothersbaugh....
Shrivel-up
Well it's a god-given fact (that
You can't go back)
It's a god-given law that
You're gonna lose your maw
It's a god-given fact you gotta
Buy 'em by the sack
It's a god-given law that
You're gonna get small
May be just another rap but
You're running out of sap
Well you better take the rap
Dying under daddy's cap
It's at the top of the list
That you can't get pissed
It's rule number one living right isn't fun
Time-tested and true you
Gotta pooty poo-poo

General Comment"Buy 'em by the sack" is an ad slogan for White Castle - they sell tiny hamburgers.

    General CommentIt's about aging.
MM jokes about this now by coming onstage with a walker.

General CommentThis song is about sex (like many of Devo's songs).

Specifically, the penis shriveling up after it has done it's thing :)

There are a tonne of little hints:
-the music sounds like it is "coming down" - the whole song is a denouement
    -the drip drip drip sound
-"you can't go back" - after you come, you're done
-"buy 'em by the sack" - yes also a White Castle reference, but the topic of this song also comes by "the sackful"
-"can't get pissed" or you won't get it up
-"may be just another rap / but you're running out of sap" is pretty obviously on this theme
    -"it's a god-given law that / you're gonna get small" clear enough
